The Forno Capriasca 30-inch freestanding gas range is constructed with a 304-grade stainless steel exterior and a white enamel finish. The cooktop includes five sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 100,000 BTU. Each burner supports both high-heat cooking and low-heat simmering control. Continuous cast iron grates allow cookware to move across the surface. The recessed enamel cooktop cavity helps contain spills for easier cleaning.
The gas oven has a 4.32 cu. ft. capacity and provides a total output of 30,000 BTU. The interior is finished in blue enamel and includes an infrared broiler. Optional convection support is available for multi-rack cooking. The oven door features a three-layer glass viewing window. Included accessories are three stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a wok support ring, and an LP conversion kit. Control knobs are zinc-coated metal with bezel rings and integrated illumination.
